High-Volume, Multi-Compartment Pouches
The Pulliq-MA can effortlessly handle multi-compartment pouches with multiple liquid fillings. Your pod design is transferred to the molds placed on the machine, and our precision dosing systems guarantee that every compartment receives the correct filling.

Produce Up to 1,500 Multi-Compartment Pouches Per Minute
The Pulliq-MA can produce up to 1,500 pouches per minute if filled with 3 liquids. It’s important to note that the output depends on the type of filling used and the size and shape of the pouches.

Increase efficiency with our Automatic Splicer
To increase efficiency, an automatic splicer is placed on the Pulliq-MA. This automatically switches rolls as soon as one roll of water-soluble foil is empty. This means the machine operator can place a new roll on the Pulliq-MA while the platform keeps running.

Produce Multiple Pod Types with One Machine
Every Pulliq-MA platform is configured to the specific needs of your product and the drum technology means the machine can be used for more than one type of pod design.
