Tembo is a group of companies, with each having its own legal entity, building on its own relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners. Tembogroup B.V. is the legal entity, acting as an umbrella for all the other companies. Tembo supports the companies by providing, for example IT, administrative and marketing support.

Tembo is 100 percent family-owned. As a fourth-generation family company, the Van der Sluis family is steering our group of companies to long-term continuity, by stimulating innovations and investing for long-term benefits.
Controlled by board and supervisory board
Tembo is controlled by a board and a supervisory board. The daily business at all Tembo companies is governed by managing directors. Every company has its own general terms and conditions, based on the legal grounds of the country in which it is established.
